  • We provide a 3-day free replacement guarantee from the date your package is delivered.

  • If your apparel item arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong size/color, you are eligible for a completely free replacement.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Replacements

  • To claim a replacement, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

  • You must provide photographic or video proof of the defect or damage along with your order number to our support email: snaseer8@gmail.com.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Since we process and forward orders to our international shipping automation lines swiftly, cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of order placement.
